SHIPPING POLICY:

ORDER PROCESSING:

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after purchasing. Please provide a valid email address and phone number for all orders placed. After your order has processed, you will receive an email confirmation stating your order has been processed, and we will then prepare your order for shipment. Orders placed after 2pm CST Monday-Friday will begin processing the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed the following business day. During holidays and sitewide sales, processing time may vary between 5-7 business days. 

NOTE: Please ensure the billing address on the purchasing card matches the billing address on the account. Your order will be “Flagged for Review”. Please check your email and follow the steps to have your order finalized.

 

ORDER SHIPPING: 

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority, First Class or UPS and typically ships within 5-10 business days. Delay in Shipping may happen, and we will do our best to ensure you receive your package in a timely manner; however, sometimes delays are out of our control and are likely to happen during the holidays, natural disasters, bad weather, or courier delays. We are provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers, and it is rare packages arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During the holidays and sale events, the shipping time frame may vary between 10-14 business days. Please be advised, all orders include package insurance covering the full price of the order.

 

NOTE: Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. The Customer is responsible for shipping cost on return and resent (return to sender) items.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

You will receive a second email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. If for any reason your tracking number isn't working you can visit the shipping company’s website and enter the tracking number in manually.

 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are NOT responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, damaged or confirmed delivered to the wrong address. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be altered. Please review shipping information prior to submitting your order. For more information, please refer to our shipping and return/exchange policies.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All SALE, DISCOUNTED ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A STORE CREDIT ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE.

RETURNS: 

At OpuLuxe Tresses Collection, 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. Due to the hygienic and sanitary nature of the products, we DO NOT offer refunds. The customer is required to inspect the delivered products upon the certified carrier marking your order as "Delivered" and ensure that the products are in “as expected” condition. If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you have SEVEN days after the delivery date to return your item(s) to be granted an exchange or store credit. 


STORE CREDIT/ EXCHANGES: 

We have strict requirements regarding all items eligible for exchange or store credit.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For health and safety reasons, items returned with obvious use, chemically processed, installed, worn, etc., will be subject to refusal and are not eligible for store credit or exchange. 
  • You will be responsible for any exchange fees, as well as any additional shipping costs,  if there is a price difference in the extensions. 
  • If a store credit is issued in place of an exchange, the store credit will be valid for 90 days. After 90 days, the store credit will be void.  
  • In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order, please contact us within THREE days of receipt.


RETURN PROCESS: 

  • Please contact customer support info@opuluxetressescollection.com, if you would like to start a return. Please provide a clear explanation of why you are returning your product and include supporting images if possible. Products that are sent back prior to approval from OpuLuxe Tresses Collection will be returned to sender. 
  • Once return is thoroughly inspected and approved, we will process your exchange for IN-STOCK products only or issue a store credit sent via email (valid for 90 days only). You can use it by entering the store credit code in the discount box at the checkout.
  • All shipping fees (returning and resending) will be the responsibility of the customers. Please use a tracking system when returning your products.
